Terry Brooks really knows how to keep his fans. Interviews like this is one of those ways. The interview was really informative. Thanks. I\'ll be checking in next week to hear the rest. Personally, I\'m not a big fan of the cliffhangers, which leads to a question you may ask the next time around. When reading a book, emotional ties are built up until the climax of the book, then boom, the book does a cliffhanger. I\'ve never seen the next book be able to maintain that emotion tie and continue to build. It seams like writers have to quickly resolve the cliffhanger or make it seem less meaningful, so that they can start the build up process again. It may just be the fact that a year diminishes the memory of the ties built into reading a book. Sorry, not even Brooks\' books have been able to pick up and run after a cliffhanger for me. Is this a concerng for Terry Brooks? Anyway a lot of comment on Cliffhangers, and not much on your podcast, except thanks for a great interview so far.

Hi Josh, Thanks for the compliment! I hope you enjoy part 2 as much as part 1, we talk about smoe really interesting stuff. I see your point about cliffhangers. I will pose that to Terry when I catch up with him again around August near the release of Gypsy Morph. Keep listening and thanks for the input. Russel

Typical Terry Brooks. You leave the interview off on a cliffhanger. *lol* I loved the interview and have been a fan of Terry Brooks, hell, since when I started reading. I noticed you mentioned the Star Wars books that he wrote. Next time you talk to him in August, ask him about the adaptation of Hook that he did. That was the first book of his I ever read and loved it. Thanks! Jeff, Phillipsburg, NJ

Hi Jeff, Thanks for the comment ! Yeah I guess I did leave it on a bit of a cliffhanger...:) Ah he does mention Hook in part 2 when I ask him about writing Star Wars Part 1 so you will get your wish. Lots more to come from him in next week\'s show I hope you enjoy it as well. Russel
