It's a trip back to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre for Part 2 of my Fan Expo 2011 convention coverage. First up you get my take on the new 3D technology including what I thought of the new Starfox on the Nintendo 3DS that I got to try out. I catch up with author Crissy Calhoun of Love You to Death - Season 2 : The Unofficial Companion to The Vampire Diaries www.ecwpress.com) as we talk about the cult tv show and the challenges of getting a book out. I chat with DC comic book writer Kelly Sue DeConnick (http://kellysue.com) who recently wrote for Supergirl as talk about writing for the iconic character. It's back to the ECW (Entertaiinment Culture Writing) Press booth and a great chat with author Nikki Stafford (http://nikkistafford.blogspot.com) of the classic Buffy Book Bite Me! as we talk about Buffy, Angel, LOST and Fringe. She even tries to help explain the ending of LOST and that is not an easy task. I get a chance to talk actors Michael Biehn & Jennifer Blanc about their last project together The Victim (www.grindhousethevictim.com) and advice on how to get into show business. I wrap up the day with a review of the screening for Terra Nova that I got to see that premieres on City TV on September 26. Music for this week features the song Black Hole by Victor Stellar that can be found at www.blackstackmusic.com. Other instrumental music is by the band Mr. Burns (www.mrburnsmusic.com). As always your comments and suggestions are welcome.
